Qualcomm is adding a new chipset to its lineup, the Snapdragon 8s Elite, a more budget friendly version of the Snapdragon 8 Elite. Scheduled to be announced in April this is a mid-to-high range chipset that offers good performance and cost.

Antenna and Availability
Initially slated for March release the launch of the Snapdragon 8s Elite has been moved to April according to Yogesh Bral on X (formerly Twitter). The chipset will be featured in multiple devices from multiple OEMs. These devices will be released in the second quarter of 2025.
