Samsung has finally rolled out the Android 15-based One UI 7 update. April 7th is the start date and it’s rolling out for Galaxy S24 series, Galaxy Z Fold6 and Z Flip6 first with more devices to follow.
New Design for Better Customization:
One UI 7 has a new design that simplifies the UI and overall experience. Key changes:
New home screen and widgets for more personalization
Now Bar on the lock screen to quickly access real-time notifications and music info with a swipe.
AI Powered Features:
The update brings smarter features that make life easier:
Galaxy AI minimizes app switching and simplifies tasks.AI Select converts videos into GIFs.
Writing Assist summarizes text and formats for you.
Media Tools:
Drawing Assist combines text, images and sketches to bring your ideas to life.
Audio Eraser removes unwanted sounds from videos for a cleaner audio.
Integration with Google Gemini for Easier Operations:
One UI 7 integrates with Google’s AI Gemini for natural language processing:
Long press on the side button to quickly search for restaurants or set navigation.
Settings search can adjust screen brightness or turn on icon fort shield by saying “I’m tired of my eyes.”
