Realme has officially confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro Series will make its debut on 6 January 2026, with India being one of the first markets to see the launch. This new mid-range lineup focuses strongly on design, thanks to a collaboration with well-known Japanese designer Naoto Fukasawa.

Naoto Fukasawa Returns with “Urban Wild Design”
Naoto Fukasawa is not a new name for Realme fans. He has previously worked on several special edition Realme devices such as the Realme X, Realme X2 Pro, Realme GT, and Realme GT 2 Pro. For the Realme 16 Pro Series, he introduces a fresh design philosophy called “Urban Wild Design”.
This concept aims to blend elements of nature with modern urban aesthetics, making the phones look premium while still feeling warm and familiar in the hand.
Nature-Inspired Colour Options
Realme has confirmed two special “Master” colour variants:
- Master Gold – Inspired by the warmth and smooth texture of golden wheat fields. The finish is expected to look soft and refined, giving the phone a unique character.
- Master Grey – Inspired by naturally polished river pebbles, with a sparkling, smooth surface that reflects light in a subtle way.
Along with these, Realme is also preparing two more colours:
- Camelia Pink
- Orchid Purple
Both are inspired by flower shades, targeting users who prefer stylish and vibrant designs.
Camera Module and Model Line-up
On the back, the Realme 16 Pro Series features a square-shaped camera module. Its layout is said to resemble the OnePlus 15, but rotated 90 degrees clockwise, giving it a slightly different visual identity while still looking modern and clean.
The series will include two models:
- Realme 16 Pro
- Realme 16 Pro Plus
According to early information, the Realme 16 Pro Plus is expected to use the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 chipset. This is the same family as the previous generation but is believed to come with certain performance and efficiency tweaks, which should make daily use smoother and more responsive for users.
What to Expect Next
Realme is likely to reveal full specifications, camera details, battery capacity, and price closer to the launch date. For now, the company is clearly using design and colours as the main highlight to attract mid-range buyers who want a phone that looks and feels special.
For Indian users following software77.in and Sujit Ram’s coverage, the Realme 16 Pro Series could be one of the most eye-catching mid-range launches of early 2026.
